Payment

1. Payment is to be done upfront after the price has been discussed and agreed on.
2. If requested, i can accept half of the payment first, being sent the first half at the beginning, and the other half upon the order's completion.
3. You do not recive the files of the order until the full payment is sent.
4. Payment method hasnt been setup yet, thats why comms are closed. But in the future the information about payment method will be detailed here
5. For each item where the price is stated as "starts from" the price can be adjusted according to the complexity of your request.
6. The price agreed upon during the discussion is final and cannot be changed during order's production.


7. Refunds are not allowed for finished orders.
8. For models, you are eligible for the full refund until the model enters the UV unwrapping phase. After that the refund percentages are as follows:
   1. 80% of the initial cost after the start of the UV unwrapping
   2. 50% of the initial cost after the start of Texturing
   3. 10% of the initial cost after the start of Rigging
   Before the start of each phase of the order the customer must confirm in a clear way that they are satisfied with the result of the current phase.
9. For renders, you are eligible for the full refund until the work on the render has been started.

References

1. You are to provide clear references of the character you want modeled. Idealy a reference sheet (not a requirement).
2. For poses in renders you can send references of the pose or provide a description, either of which is okay.

Progress

1. You are obliged to contact me in a fast and responsive manner, responding to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on your behalf will result in halt of progress.
2. During the production of your order i will be sending you progress report images. If this bothers you and/or you would like me to have more artistic freedom please let me know.
3. All of the progress report images will be taken using blender's solid or material preview, you can request the rendered view to be used, in which case a watermark will be overlayed on the image to protect my work.



4. Revisions and edits are to be requested as soon as possible.
5. Small edits and tweaks are free if they are done during the relevant phase (changing the mesh in the modeling phase, tweaking the texture in the texturing phase etc), and free the first 5 times after that.
6. Big changes can only be done for free during the relevant phase. They can be requested after the phase is completed in which case the payment will be decided (usually not more than 5$ unless you are asking me to remake whole limbs).
7. Changes to the model are no longer possible after you recive the files.
8. If you want your model to be updated please contact me and we can discuss how it will be done and how much it will cost.


9. There is no concrete deadline by default.
10. If you would like there to be a deadline, you have to specify that within the initial discussion. Depending on that deadline, a small extra fee can be applied.
11. If you want to shorten the deadline or impose it after the initial discussion, you may request it, but be ready for a rejection or a hefty extra fee.
12. If i fail the agreed upon deadline your deadline fee will be refunded and you will have the option of refunding the full model with extra 20% of the initial cost.
    NOTICE: this only applies to the deadline set during the initial discussion, shortened or imposed deadlines WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Usage

1. The product you receive is for personal use.
2. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product.
3. You can upload my works on stuff like toyhouse if you give me credit.
4. You are NOT allowed to use my work for anything relating to AI, NFT or Cryptocurrency.

Misc

1. You need to be above the age of 18 in order to commission a NSFW piece.
2. I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to you.


3. I am not obliged to post your order on my social media.
4. If you dont want your comissions to be posted on my socials please specify so.
5. For NSFW commissions i will explicitly ask you whether you are okay with me posting anything or would like to keep it private.


6. If you wish for me to work on your model without any progress reports from me or input from your side you can specify so, but remember that you wont be able to refund it in such case.
